At Campus Kickoff, we’re committed to providing fans with the best college football streaming experience possible. Because our service delivers digital content instantly, our refund and return policy is structured to be clear, fair, and respectful of both our customers and our platform.


Subscription Plans

Campus Kickoff offers multiple subscription plans (monthly, seasonal, or premium packages). All plans are billed at the start of the subscription period.


Refunds

  • General Policy: Once a subscription has been activated and streaming access has begun, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods or unused access.

  • Exceptions (Case-by-Case): We may issue a refund or credit if:

    • You experience technical issues preventing access to the service that cannot be resolved by our support team.

    • You were mistakenly charged due to a billing error.

    • Exceptional circumstances apply (to be determined by our support team).


Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations are immediate: your access to Campus Kickoff will end as soon as the cancellation is processed.

  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.


App Store Purchases

If you subscribed to Campus Kickoff through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all billing and refunds are managed directly through those platforms. Please contact Apple or Google for assistance with cancellations, refunds, or billing issues.


Free Trials & Promotions

If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, you may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid charges. Once the trial ends and your paid subscription begins, our standard refund policy applies.
